White Grey

Soft chalk, sun-bleached oyster, and pale driftwood clays establish the quiet, ethereal palette of White Grey of the Röben Collection, layered with delicate limewash-style veiling, faint silvery-taupe undertones, and warm mineral shadows across the face. The surface presents an artisanal wirecut drag texture defined by shallow horizontal chatter marks, fine granular pitting, and lightly tumbled arrises that soften the rectangular profile while holding a balanced, uniform coursing run. An ideal selection for Scandinavian minimalist envelopes, modern coastal estates, serene spa-inspired interiors, and full-height fireplace surrounds, it pairs seamlessly with bleached white oak millwork, slim matte black steel window frames, smooth off-white plaster, and brushed nickel accents.

Engineered exclusively as a lightweight, surface-mount thin brick veneer with coordinating factory corner units, White Grey introduces the tactile substance of authentic kiln-fired clay to vertical substrates without requiring structural brick ledges or foundation footings. The final aesthetic pivots decisively on joint selection: setting the veneer in an Ivory or bright White mortar allows the joint to melt smoothly into the pale clay body, yielding an expansive, luminous plane that reads as a continuous, sun-drenched texture; conversely, specifying a standard Gray or warm Buff mortar traces a crisp, quiet grid around each unit, articulating the horizontal coursing with tailored definition and modern architectural poise.
