Old Biscayne

Warm sandy buff, soft toasted almond, and creamy wheat tones establish the sun-washed palette of Old Biscayne from the Terra Haute Collection, enriched by rustic chocolate-brown flashing and smoky umber reduction across select stretchers. Its tactile, sand-dusted aggregate texture is defined by authentically softened arrises, subtle surface clefts, and light edge wear that introduce dynamic dimensional relief while preserving clean, structured horizontal coursing lines across large spans. A versatile complement to modern coastal cottages, traditional suburban residences, and transitional multi-gabled elevations, it coordinates effortlessly with deep navy or charcoal shake gables, black window shutters, crisp white architectural trim, and weathered driftwood roof shingles.

Offered in well-proportioned Queen sizing to provide efficient coverage and classic residential scale, Old Biscayne adapts fluidly across mortar selections. Striking the masonry with a standard Gray or warm Buff mortar recedes the bed joints, weaving the sandy buff and flashed umber faces into an understated, monolithic masonry field with tailored finish consistency; conversely, laying the brickwork in an Ivory or bright White mortar establishes a crisp, graphic grid that distinctly frames each unit, illuminating arched window headers, soldier courses, and quoins with lasting architectural permanence.
