Cambridge

Deep crimson-red and warm russet clays form the rich foundation of Cambridge of the North Carolina Collection, handsomely layered with dark charcoal reduction headers, toasted umber shadows, and delicate iron speckling across the face. The unit features an artisanal, sand-dusted wirecut drag texture marked by fine vertical fissures, subtle pitted indentations, and crisp, square-cut arrises that hold disciplined horizontal coursing alignment while casting sharp shadow lines across expansive elevations. As demonstrated across modern multi-family townhomes and prestigious civic municipal centers, it pairs effortlessly with creamy precast limestone banding, dark bronze window frames, crisp white balustrades, and complementary earth-tone siding.

Offered in various sizes to accommodate diverse architectural scales and bond configurations, Cambridge delivers striking versatility through mortar joint specification. Striking the masonry joints with an Ivory or bright White mortar produces a sharp, graphic grid that cleanly separates each unit, accentuating the dark flashed reduction headers and pulling structural piers, soldier bands, and sweeping curved facades into prominent architectural relief; conversely, laying the brick in a standard Gray or warm Buff mortar recedes the bed lines, quietly knitting the multi-tonal red faces into an enduring, monolithic masonry field with tailored finish consistency.
