Boylan Heights
Rust-red, warm terracotta, and fiery scarlet tones form the vibrant foundation of Boylan Heights from the North Carolina Collection, broken by smoky olive-bronze reduction bands and saturated charcoal flashed headers that bring dynamic color variation across the courses. The face carries an artisanal, deeply sculpted bark texture characterized by swirling curvilinear ridges and recessed crevices, flanked by straight, clean edges that preserve a crisp, orderly coursing pattern across broad exterior elevations. Ideally suited for historical revivals, classic craftsman bungalows, collegiate brickwork, and traditional suburban residences, it coordinates naturally with sage-green shake siding, warm sandstone lintels, dark bronze gutters, and warm cream window casings.
Available in both Queen and Modular formats to accommodate either rapid square-foot coverage or classic, tight masonry proportions, Boylan Heights offers distinct architectural flexibility through joint selection. Setting the wall with an Ivory or bright White mortar establishes a luminous matrix that frames each individual stretcher, accentuating the swirled face relief and popping the dark olive reduction bands forward; conversely, specifying a standard Gray or warm Buff mortar recedes into the background, allowing the shifting russet, bronze, and charcoal tones to merge into an earthy, well-integrated wall plane with natural color flow.
